We buy established, traditional businesses — often together with the property they operate from — and create value two ways: the operator-led way private equity investors know, and with our own AI operating system, working on the levers that drive value.
Beyond capital, IGM is an operator with its own operating system. VionOS — Vision On OS — the AI operating system we build with our technology partner USSP, keeps a continuous view of each business we own, takes the routine off managers' desks, anticipates the week and runs the customer relationship — and moves each business, step by step, toward one that is autonomous in the routine, with people setting the goals and deciding the exceptions. Today every action it proposes is approved by a person. We build it on our own floor, use it in every business we own at different stages of maturity, and reuse every integration, playbook and capability in the next business we acquire. People set the direction; the business runs the day.
IGM typically acquires both the operating business and the real estate it operates from — owning the property alongside the business helps manage risk and puts a tangible asset behind the investment.
