Individuals who meet the SEC's accredited-investor definition, and entities, trusts and family offices that invest their own capital in private companies and real estate. IGM typically invests alongside a small number of co-investors.
EB-5 investors
Foreign nationals pursuing U.S. permanent residence through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. Some IGM investments may be structured to accommodate EB-5 investors. EB-5 eligibility and adjudication are determined solely by USCIS; IGM does not guarantee any immigration outcome.
Operators and active participants
Experienced operators and professionals who want to invest and take an active role — a board seat, an operating role or a defined responsibility — in a business IGM acquires. Certain structures may carry tax considerations for investors who materially participate; see the FAQ below.

Express interest
Use the form below (or contact us). Tell us who you are and how you would like to participate. This is an inquiry, not a commitment.

Introductory call and investor qualification
A short call with an IGM partner to understand your objectives and confirm fit: accredited status, EB-5 intent or an operating role, and the timeframe and scale you have in mind. We may ask you to complete a short investor questionnaire.

NDA and confidential offering materials
Qualified investors sign a non-disclosure agreement and receive the confidential materials for an investment: the business description, historical financials, IGM's operating plan and the proposed structure and terms.

Diligence and site visit
You review the materials with your own advisors, ask questions and, where practical, visit the site with us. Investors may also speak with IGM's existing partners and portfolio operators.

Subscription documents and funding
If you decide to proceed, you complete the subscription documents (and, for EB-5 investors, the documents your immigration counsel requires), and fund into the designated account on the closing timetable set out in the offering documents.
EB-5 investors
Some IGM investments may be structured to accommodate EB-5 investors. EB-5 eligibility, adjudication and visa availability are determined solely by USCIS and the U.S. Department of State; IGM does not guarantee approval of any petition, issuance of any visa or the return of capital. EB-5 capital must remain at risk.
Tax considerations
Certain structures may offer tax advantages, such as depreciation on real estate and equipment, for investors who materially participate. Tax outcomes depend on individual circumstances — consult your tax advisor. IGM does not provide tax advice.

Investing with IGM — frequently asked questions
- How do I invest with IGM?
- Express interest through the form on this page or by contacting us. An IGM partner will schedule an introductory call to understand your objectives and confirm that you qualify (accredited investor, EB-5 investor or operator-investor). Qualified investors then sign an NDA, receive confidential offering materials, complete their diligence and, if they decide to proceed, sign subscription documents and fund. There is no cost or commitment to inquire.
- Who can invest with IGM?
- IGM's investments are private placements offered only to investors who qualify under U.S. securities law — generally accredited investors as defined in Rule 501(a) of Regulation D — and, where an investment is structured for it, to foreign nationals investing under the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. Family offices, trusts and entities that meet the definition may also participate. IGM confirms eligibility before sharing any offering materials.
- Where can I see what IGM is investing in?
- IGM's current investments, realized investments and projects are described on the Portfolio page. Businesses that are under confidentiality agreements are described there only by category and broad region. Names, locations, financials and terms are shared with qualified investors after they sign a non-disclosure agreement.
- Can I invest through the EB-5 program?
- Some IGM investments may be structured to accommodate EB-5 investors. The minimum investment under the program is currently $1,050,000, or $800,000 for a project in a targeted employment area or an infrastructure project, and each investment must support the creation of at least 10 full-time U.S. jobs. Eligibility, adjudication and visa availability are determined solely by USCIS and the U.S. Department of State; IGM does not guarantee any immigration outcome or the return of capital. - Yes. IGM welcomes operator-investors who want a board seat, an operating role or a defined responsibility in a business it acquires. Whether a role is available, and what it involves, depends on the investment and on your experience; it is discussed during the introductory call.
- What are the risks?
- Investments in private companies and real estate are illiquid, may not be able to be sold for years, and may lose value, including total loss of the amount invested. No return of capital or rate of return is guaranteed. The confidential offering documents for each investment describe its specific risks, fees and conflicts of interest, and you should review them with your own legal, tax and financial advisors before investing.
