Invest and File I-526E Petition
Once you've selected a project, make the required investment of either $1,050,000 or $800,000 (in a Targeted Employment Area). Following your investment, file the I-526E Petition with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to demonstrate your eligibility and the legitimacy of your investment.

Obtain Conditional Residency and Fulfill Job Creation Requirements
After the approval of your I-526E Petition, you and your eligible family members can apply for conditional residency in the U.S. During this period, your investment should contribute to the creation of at least 10 full-time jobs for U.S. workers.
We continuously monitor and report on the job creation progress of our EB-5 projects, supporting our investors towards fulfilling the program’s requirements. Our past EB-5 projects have successfully met the job creation requirements, leading to the removal of conditions on residency for our investors and their families, and ultimately obtaining Green Cards.
