Vinay brings over 20 years of expertise in software and product development, with a focus on AI and Security. As Managing Partner, he leads IGM with a proven track record in overseeing multimillion-dollar projects and managing cross-functional teams of 50+. His leadership excels in mergers, due diligence, and integration strategy, driving the growth of startups and SMEs. Vinay is instrumental in executing product roadmaps and strategies that evolve digital platforms to stay ahead of market demands. He also serves as Chief AI Transformation Leader at Krasan Consulting Services, where he leads large-scale AI transformation programs for state and local government, and as Chief Architect of VionOS ("Vision On OS"), the AI operating system IGM uses to run the businesses it owns. As its architect, he leads IGM's work toward the autonomous small business — the operating system, the data foundation beneath it and the practices each business adopts with it, with people setting the direction.
