Holding an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, she is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant (India), and Certified Derivative Expert, showcasing her versatile expertise in finance. With a distinguished background as an investment banker in Asia’s largest investment bank, Swapna led complex financial projects and strategic analysis. At IGM, she drives investment strategies, leveraging her global perspective and analytical acumen to steer the firm’s portfolio toward sustainable growth and profitability. She is also the owner of US Software Professionals Inc. (USSP), a Chicago-based IT services and AI solutions firm founded in 2003, which co-develops VionOS with IGM. Across IGM's finance and investment work, Swapna applies AI with her teams — in analysis, reporting and the diligence behind each acquisition.
